The Centre for Medical Radiation Physics, in collaboration with Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC), USA, is proud to host once again the international MMND 2027 conference, held in conjunction with ITRO 2027. This year's event will take place alongside the GEANT4 International User Conference.

Venue and Accommodation

The conference will be held at Mantra Mooloolaba Beach, 7 Venning Street, Mooloolaba, Queensland, Australia.

Positioned along the vibrant Mooloolaba Esplanade, Mantra Mooloolaba Beach offers a premium beachfront setting directly opposite the ocean. The venue is surrounded by a wide range of restaurants, open-air cafés, and retail outlets, with an adjoining shopping complex that includes a supermarket for added convenience.

Mooloolaba is easily accessible, located approximately a one-hour drive from Brisbane. Shuttle services are available from Brisbane International Airport.

For domestic travellers, the Sunshine Coast Airport (Maroochydore) is just a 10-minute drive from the venue, offering quick and convenient access.

  2. If you require an invitation letter as a supporting document to assist you in your visa application, MMND-ITRO 2027 can provide this to you. Such a letter is issued to the following individuals:
    • Authors (and co-authors) of technical papers
    • Panel speakers
    • Keynote speakers
    • Industry Speakers
  1. Please send the request for the invitation letter to cmrp@uow.edu.au and provide the information, including Paper ID, Paper Title, Full name(s), and affiliation. Please note that the invitation letter will only be issued after your registration process is completed.
  2. The conference organising committee will not take any responsibility for visa outcomes and will not be liable to refund author registration fees due to any visa-related issues.

Registration notes and cancellation

  • All costs above are in AUD.
  • Early bird registration ends 8 January 2027 (Midnight AEST), and standard registration opens 9 January 2027.
  • For a paper to be included in the conference program, at least one author must register and present it at the conference.
  • All conference participants (authors / co-authors / non-authors) need to individually register for the conference.
  • Goods and services tax (GST) is 10%, which will be added during the final payment.

Cancellation Policy:

All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received before the Early Bird closes. No refunds will be issued after the Early Bird. Please submit all refund/cancellation requests to Dr Sianne Oktaria via  cmrp@uow.edu.au for consideration. There will be a cancellation fee of $100 deducted from each refund.
