The organising committee for this international conference is pleased to call for high-quality papers presenting original research on cutting-edge topics related to green mining technologies, sustainable practices, and mine safety engineering.

Paper submission guidelines

  • Abstracts shall be submitted as computer files in Microsoft Word .doc or .docx format.
  • No particular structure or appearance of the abstract is required.
  • Please use the word template to prepare your paper.
  • Please include the following information:
    Title, keywords, abstract, abstract file, paper file, authors, emails and affiliation, and whether you are delivering the presentation

Presentation guidelines

All presenters are required to prepare their presentation in Microsoft PowerPoint using the official conference presentation template (PowerPoint).

Before preparing your presentation, please review the PowerPoint presentation guidelines to ensure your presentation aligns with the conference requirements. 

Presentation duration

Presentation times include both the presentation and question-and-answer (Q&A) session. 

  • Keynote presentation: 25 minutes
  • Standard presentation: 20 minutes
  • HDR presentation: 15 minutes

Please ensure your presentation fits within the allocated time to allow for a smooth conference program.

Presentation submissions

 

Final presentations must be submitted via the designated secure and confidential OneDrive submission link.

  • File name format: FamilyName_FirstName_PresentationTitle_Date.pptx
  • Submission deadline: 20 September 2026
  • To minimise any technical issues, presenters are encouraged to bring a backup copy of their presentation on a USB drive.
