• All costs above are in AUD.
• Early bird registration ends 9 August 2026 (Midnight AEST), and standard registration opens 10 August 2026.
• For a paper to be included in the conference program, at least one author must register and present it at the conference.
• All conference participants (authors / co-authors / non-authors) need to individually register for the conference.
• Goods and services tax (GST) is 10% that will be added during the final payment.

Cancellation Policy:

All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received before the Early Bird closes. No refunds will be issued after the Early Bird. Please submit all refund/cancellation requests to Dr Ming Qiao via green-mining@uow.edu.au for consideration. There will be a cancellation fee of $100 deducted from each refund.
